Title: TRIUMPH T120-QUESTION?

HI,i have a query for the Triumph fans ,I am in the middle of a 67 t120 build,engine-frame are matching no,s,my problem is i have 67 forks and yokes off a later model and not compatible,should i change yoke or forks etc, ime no purist and am just wanting it built in memory to the original owner,who willed it to me,i think he has collected a number of parts and its up to me to build them.many thanks-steve. :)

I would build it as it should be and get a pair of yokes and fork legs and new stanchions etc, shouldn't be hard to find and ebay the other stuff.  What front wheel hub do you have?

When you say "later" forks, do you mean the 1968ish 6 3/4" yokes, or the OIF things?
If it's the former, they can be made to fit by using the correct longer wheel spindle, it it's the latter, I feel your pain. Good forks but too ugly for this beautiful bike.
As the man says above, Ebay has most bits....just not always when you want 'em!

Thanks guys,not a lot of yokes or forks coming onto e-bay but will keep looking,-----ive got the original front hub,its the one described in manual,the forks are powder coated and look like the ones described but they just dont fit,bummer.thanks for your help!!! :'(
