Title: Norton MO1 Magneto Gasket/Oil Seal

Can anyone confirm if Norton singles fitted with Lucas MO1 Magdynos had either an oil seal/gasket between the back of the timing chain case and the faceplate of the mag or else an oil seal fitted into the opening in the back of the chain case where the mag spindle pokes theough ?

If there should be a seal/gasket, anyone know where I can buy one from ?

There is no seal between the magneto shaft and the timing case I have owned and run my 1951 Big4 since 1972
