Hi, anyone out there have another of these Yamahas? Know they were not imported into this country (mine came from Italy 10 years ago). Trying to find out if the tank I have (black with white stripe) is original as have only seen pictures of gold or green ones before. ???

I have a TX750 1973 from Italy it is also black but has been resprayed it had none original stripes
Try the Yamaha TX website in Dutch though

I just bought a 1973 TX 750. There is a US TX 750 interest site that has lots of information. Even recepies for getting the proper original colour for TX750. http://www.dol.net/~rcole/tx750.htm Check it! I would like to get in contact with other owners for sharing of tips and experience in repairing/restoring. :)
