hi iv just baught a old ty 175 i was just wandering what age are they classed as classics thanks in advance

It depends..........

Classic for insurance was 15 years, but some companies have 14 and others have 20.

Some bikes are true classics as soon as they roll off the production line. The Honda step-thru being one, (OK 3, if we're being pedantic ) as is the Fireblade. Others never will be classics, no matter how old they are.  I have a few of them but I love them anyway.
