Hello! That´s a Swedish bike. From the beginnig it was bycycle factory.I think in the early 50:s they built a MC-frame and most of the time they put in a Villers 125cc. enginge.I´ll try to get some info for You,about the bike.I have a lot of time, because i´m a lillle bit sick. I spend about 4-6 hrs/day hunting sponsors for a man ,so I´m give You the link:

Hi there, It seems to be that Rex was made in Germany and Sweden. There is a site where it seems you can get information, try, www.cybermotorcycle.com/euro/contact.htm   I hope this helps. Cheers, Dave.

Don't forget that there is an English Rex too!  Rex Acme who made bikes in Coventry from 1900 - 1933.  There's a gallery inthe pictures section for this marque.

Happy Christmas!

Nigel.

As said,Rex was German % Swedish. In Sweden it was
a very popular leightweighter -(98 ccm) and autocycle,
and I think they ended by makin some 150 ccm´s with
JB and Jlo engines.
It was i  ost aspects equal to the first Bantams.
The one shown is a Bantam-copy.......
