Title: NSU 501 Information

I am currently working on my 1st motorcycle a 1952 NSU OS-t 501. I am trying to get information as to a possible factory race ready version of this bike and what it has different from the stock. Any information as to this bike stock or race would be greatly appreciated

Hello Jerry and Rod.
I have just posted about an ex Luftwaffe machine which I recently aquired, and I think the engine design may be quite similar to that on your own machines.
Perhaps you could help me in my quest for information and advice?
