Title: Terrot 350 hst oiling??
Post by: gregor on March 02, 2008, 06:13:52 PM
Hello. I have some questions about french bike terrot 350sv tipe HST.

If anyone know, how much oil must go in engine, and what tipe is good-( I think that oil must be mineral, not synthetic).

Second question is for oil pump:

Why is this oil pump? It is wird, because one oil barrel-tube comes from oil tank in pump, but no tube go forward in engine? Only one on top of chain that conecz engine and gearbox ??? ???

If anyone know what about Terrots, please answer.

many thanks for help.

Grega

Straight 40 or 50 grade mineral should be ok.
Oil pump is a simple total loss device so no return to tank, should have a sight glass on top to allow metering by eye. lots of Terrot info available on internet.
Good luck , Carl G
