I think it is a Supermax: http://www.cybermotorcycle.com/euro/brands/nsu_max.htm

"General information: frame numbers 1830801 and up, engine numbers 3224062 and up. Two rear struts with shock absorbers instead of the single central unit of the earlier models (except some "Supermaxes" sold in New Zealand which were leftover Spezialmaxes) . MICRONIC paper oil filter."

L.A.B. thanks for the informations.Finall is SUPERMAX not SPECIALMAX.I found some more interesting informations in German side ....
" In late 1956 came the SUPERMAX. Everybody could recognize her by the two external springs/dampers at the rear suspension. (The earlier STANDARD- and SPEZIALMAX had one single rear spring/damper inside the frame like modern motorbikes) But if you look on the details, nearly each part of the SUPERMAX is a little bit different from those of the STANDARD- or SPEZIALMAX. This makes SUPERMAX parts hard to get... "
Best regards Andreas.
