Title: Triumph Model W?

Can anyone help Jim confirm the identity of this bike?  It is believed to be a 1927 Model W, but it doen't quite look right to me.  THe engine number is 408811 WRM.

G'day all
I would say more like 1928....27 would have had a flat tank I think.
