Title: Need expert help! don't know this bike

help! a good friend sold me this bike at a dirt cheap price.. he said it was a moto morini? i have no idea lol. help me please.. i think it's 50cc.. the kickstarter goes forward.. italy is cast on the wheels.. here's the pics.. i'm from the philippines btw.. hope you could help me. it's a lil smaller than a honda z50.. thanks.

I believe the engine is a Franco Morini S5 ? As used by various manufacturers in their small bikes & mini-bikes?

This bike ,in Spain, is a Mecatecno Chic,automatic engine,and 50 c.c. two times.Weight about 44 kg,ignition by ruptors (0.35 to 0.45 m/m),highest speed  to 40 km/h,1.5 HP to 5000 r.p.m.,carburetor Del´orto to 12 m/m. and light to 6 v  15/15 w.
