Title: 1950's Gilera?
Post by: Brenton on March 05, 2009, 08:59:33 AM
Hi, I am about to embark on the restoration of a 1950's Gilera but need to identify it. What I do know is that it is a small capacity single cyl of 1950's vintage.

The frame number is: 182-2077.

I will post photo's shortly.

Thanks.

Hi,

Considering a number of people have viewed my request, I thought I would let you know that I have identified the bike. It's a 1954, 150cc sport model.

Unfortunately I was unable to post photos, mostly due to my own lack of knowledge. My apologies, It would have been near impossible for other members to identify on this page without them.

Regards, Brenton.
