Title: Help Old Ducati Part

Help! I have this great old Ducati part and would love to know more about it. It's tagged P/N 069.191.055. Is it an Oiler? For the Chain? What models was it used on? Is this a rare item or just something I have never seen before? Thanks, Val ???
