Title: Please help!
Post by: wncroft on September 07, 2007, 04:50:25 AM
Please could you advice me of the best way to track down and find a specific BSA motorcycle. Could you check your database for me if you are a club or ask around for me?

The motorcycle in question is a BSA motorcycle with the registration plate of
WLE 991

I have a photograph of this motorcycle and it was once driven in England over 30 years ago. Although it may have left England. I would like to contact the owner in order to propose purchasing the motorcycle off of them so i can restore it and display this in my home town in England.

This means a lot to me and any help you can provide would be of great assistance.

Looking for some warm hearted enthusiasts out there to help me find this bike - as I have hit so many dead ends its driving me wild!:D

Best regards,

William Croft  :)

That vehicle registration does not show up for a BSA on the DVLA website database, so if this motorcycle still exists it has not been used on the road for quite a number of years as it is unlikely to have ever been registered on a V5 under that registration.

May I ask why should wish to find and restore this particular motorcycle?
