I have a bsa spitfire lightning of 1968 in good state.
Hello gennaro,
What is the actual model?
Is it a Spitfire A65 Mk IV (1968 ) OR A65L Lightning?
If a genuine Spitfire model the engine and frame number prefix will be *A65SB*.
Lightning prefix is *A65LB*
Or does it have parts from both models (although a lot of parts are the same anyway)?
It can be difficult to give a value without seeing the motorcycle. Do you have any photos you could post here?

::)helḷ, i'm waiting for your valutation.

What is the value?Thanks

It can be difficult to give an exact figure but if this motorcycle was offered for sale in the UK then I would expect the asking price to be around £3500-£4000. (€5120-€5850).
There are various factors that need to be taken into consideration.
Mechanical condition?
A classic motorcycle dealer would probably want to sell at a higher price (and buy at a lower price) than a private seller or buyer.
The actual value may be different where you live (not just in terms of currency conversion) but could depend on how popular this type of motorcycle is where you live?

There is a 1966 model in the 'For Sale' section, price asked = £5000 ono
