Hello all,
I have a 1929 Ardie TM500 motorcycle. This is a well known German bike that used the JAP 500cc side valve engine. It has a "Pilgrim" oil pump attached to the outside of the timing gear cover. My oil pump is in need of repair or replacement. Can anyone provide me with a name of a comany that either repairs my old pump, or has remanufactured pumps for sale? I can be reached at my e mail address....( lantrb@yahoo.com ) Thanks,

Hello Rich,
A lot of us have the same problem. The Pilgrim Pump was used on many makes. There is a Swiss gentleman who should be able to resolve your problem.
You will find his details on the Scott Owners website, http://scottownersclub.org Go to the Forum section, then Sources of Supply and you will find a section devoted entirely to Pilgrim Pumps. His details are in there.
Cheers,
