Hi laverdina,
Its not a C11, it has different petrol tank mountings,
Also the rear wheel slots are at a slant so NOT BSA??

The style of those numbers does not look like a British style , more continental style , I would suspect they have been stamped over the original ones inthe past.

What country are you in?

 I think it is Italian frame.
