hi all,
i would like to get input what is the different of number of fin between G and J?tbottom ends look same, but or course cc is different...
any info welcome!i am intend to upgraqde from G to J...
thanks

The stud spacing and crankcase mouth size both look much larger on the J ?
RE seem to have deliberately made such upgrades difficult.
If can fight my way to some spares, should be able to compare, be a bit later on.

Yes the J has the front crankcase studs on 3 & 1/4" spacings, and the crankcase mouth is ~86mm.
The G has the front studs on 2" spacing, and the crankcase mouth is ~72mm.
Just measuring with a ruler will tell which is which - be a lot of work to change over too ? Think the whole J bottom end is bigger/stronger too ?
Hopethishelps.

Hi
J engine is much bigger and not fit to G frame, or you have to do lot's, lot's of work. I don't recomended that at all. Sell your G and buy J. J is very nice bike(my first bike is J2, now is under restoration and now I'm driving with KX-37 and Constellation).
