Title: Help wanted .. Please
Post by: BB_Plastics on November 10, 2006, 11:04:40 PM
I hope someone out there can help and give me some direction . After spending yesterday at the VMCC library I have discovered that my great grandad is in the September 1 , 1926 edition of Motor Cycling magazine .
Although i have obtained photocopies of this I would really love to purchase a copy of the original .
Now i do understand how old it is and that there cant be that many around anymore . But i don't know where to start looking ?
Are there dealers in this kind of material ?
Am i being unrealistic to find a copy ?
Any help would be greatly apreciated .
Thanks .

P.S. I do realise this is probably posted in the wrong section , but I want as many people as possible to read this in the hope that someone may be able to help .

I know it sounds obvious, but keep an eye on eBay as old issues often turn up there.

Cheers
