I want to put the battery in the dome on a cafe racer seat.I need/want to put the battery on its side.Do I need a special battery or can I use any sealed cell?

I would think that any sealed cell gel battery can be used in any position. But to be sure, ask the supplier! He should be able to give you a definitive answer!
