Title: Matchless G5 wiering diagram

Hallo,
I have just purchased a 1960 Matchless 350 cc G5. The wiering in the headlamp looks a bit of a mess and I'm not getting a spark. Can anyone help with a diagram? Or where can I get one?
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
Try the AJS & Matchless Owners Club site, post a guess  request or one of the specialist British bike retail outlet suppliers, have you done a thorough search on-line?

My 83 year old friend had AJS singles for most of his riding life, if you get stuck tell me & I will have a chat to him.

Matchless and AJS motorcycles are almost indistinguishable, once under the AMC banner!
