Title: Sarolea-gear box

 I have a gear box (3 gears) from a motorcycle from 1925-30s.I have been told it's from Belgium Saroleo and that Its series nr is 23 or 24.The gear box was once attached to a engine of capacity 300cc but the engine has been lost.I was wondering whether anybody would be able to tell me whether the gear box is worth anything.I would be gratefull for any emails with info.

Alex,

The gearbox will be worth something, but only to someone who has the rest of the bike.  More likely it will be someone who has a complete bike and wants the gearbox as a spare. 

Do not expect a great fortune, perhaps around 100 Euro, but maybe only 50.
