Title: bsa engine in ariel

i have a ariel VB ridg/tele rolling chassis all complette less engine , i also have a bb34 engine spare , im looking to use the bsa engine in this chassis just to make a bike up realy , has anyone already done this and has any pics or information reguards any problems they found .  thanks

Sell the rolling chassis and get a rigid B31 or B33 rigid roller instead. Even an M20 frame. A lot easier and parts are more available.

no i think ill have a go at making it fit as its just lyeing  there and i think it would go quite well , the bb34 is out of a scrambler @1953 so i will change the cams but thats all .

sorry you missed it by a day , i still have my own bb34 the engine was a spare which i would never use (not rode the bike in about 10 years ) i just did a deal for a all alloy 500 ht ariel engine which turned out to be 3 miles from my house , never meat the man before but hes also into bsas ariels and is building a daytona replica , the rigid one , very nice and i look forwards to seeing it finished , if i were you id advertise here as its not the first time its turned up good for me . thanks
