I am still looking for a nice, running and complete Velocette LE. Please mail details, photo, price etc. If interested, we can swap because I have several Moto Guzzi's (Stornello Sport, Zigolo, 125 TT) in exchange. I would like this little one in my collection but also to ride it in the Netherlands. Who knows ?

which year/model there are 100s over here , have you tried uk ebay

A model with handchange, so I think a Mark II model (policebike).
I am watching ebay uk regularly, but maybe this panel gives better results.

once they have been stripped of the reg (common over here and of no use to you) they are a cheap good bike (i have 2) the only hard part to find are the steel kidny shaped boxes ( MK3) i have had a few and the last foot change are the best i think , none are fast but very smooth and over enginnrd once sorted very relyable
sold this one last year WITH the reg for £700 1949/50 mk2 engine
