If anybody could give me any information on a 1946 BSA XB31 let me know please.
If anybody knows of anywere I can get a manual or engine diagram (exploded). And parts such as piston rings and push rods.
I think the engine is a 350, engine number; XB 31 2378 rigid frame.
Thanks

BSA XB31
The actual model is a 350cc B31, the 'X' prefix is a production prefix for a particular period = 1945-47, later models being YB, ZB, BB, CB etc.
For spares/parts book/manual
Try C&D Autos: http://pages.eidosnet.co.uk/~canddautos/
Or Draganfly Motorcycles: http://www.draganfly.co.uk/main.html
Alternatively Bruce Main-Smith for the parts book & manual: http://www.brucemain-smith.com/

Hello; Your BSA XB-31 could be the earlier model made in the production year 1945. Does your bike have oil drain screws in the bottom of the front fork tubes.
Send me an email.
Thanks
