Title: Watsonian   Sidecars

The  attached  Picture  was  taken  at  Lands  End  in  1919  the  person  far  left  is  F J  Watson  3.5hp  Ariel sc,   Is  this  person  one  of  the  brothers  who  started  Watsonian  Sidecars  ??.   The  picture  was  taken  by  my  Grandfather  George  Dalby.

I could never understand the logic behind the "flat"crash helmet.

I guess they must have been made of Kevlar?

We  had  flat  crash  hats  into  the  late  50s.  See  Picture.  Lou  Dalby.
