Title: sorting out electrical problems

Any advice on finding the high beam switch on a T120V?  Something is shorting somewhere as the right directional doesn't work.  Changed the bulbs and get ilumination in the rear light but nothing up front.  I checked the conections under the tank and all seem in order, where to look next?

Could be still an earthing problem. Take a ground wire direct from the battery to the front section of the frame, and see what happens.
