Does anyone know what bike this frame is for i'm not shore if it;s british or american

Where is the rest of the bike?

It's a late teens to 1924 Harley Davidson twin frame Model J (1000cc) or JD (1200cc) looking at the spring shrouds on the saddle frame its likely to be 1921-24 .
