I found this picture at a Massachusett flea mkt. Can someone help me ID the motorcycle? The location? I think the notation on back is German: "Mein Liebling" ("My Darling"). Is that an address too?

The bike is DKW 206cc year about 1926-7.

Thanks also to Wieber Brouwer for his email that said
This bike is a DKW E 250 build in 1927 or 1928, these are the only two years this model was build. It has a 250 cc two-stroke engine and is fan cooled. The gearbox is a three speed from Hirth, a German make. DKW's were build in the city of Zschopau in Saxony. After the latest war the MZ motorcycles came from this same factory. The registration number comes also from the province of Saxony. I am sure about this bike because I own one myself.
