Title: I need a Dunlop k70 size 400-19 or equivalent!

Hello,
I recently bought a classic trailer with Dunlop k70 size 400-19 tyres. One has gone flat and won't stay up. It seems that the tyres are hard to get.
Can anyone help me to find one? (Before Glastonbury festival would be ideal!)

Hello, Are You by any chance the David Allen who went to college in Boston Massachusetts USA in the 1980s and worked at Honda of Boston?? I thought I would take a shot and ask... THANKS
