Title: 1972 CL 350...worth fixing?

I have a '72 CL350 I picked up for $100 and not sure if it's worth spending money on or to just resell it and pocket the cash.  If anybody has any insight please help.  Doesn't start, hasn't run in about 25 years but in decent shape, nice seat, tank is in good shape, turns over.  Help would be greatly appreciated.

Price up the bits see what its going to cost, see if there's a model support branch of the Honda's Owner's Club, do a web search, there are some nice images for the CL on the web, looks worthwhile to me!

Looks like some are Cafe Racer type creations!
