Looks very much like the pre-War Velocette mudguards they sell on Ebay. Do a search and they should come up.

Try Renovation Spares in the UK : renovationspares@mail.com and ask for Simon Stephens. They manufacture most makes and models of mudguards or can make to a drawing or pattern.

Speaking of guards, I'm still trying to identify this two piece rear guard with the normal chainguard cutaway plus another cutaway on the offside for something like a brake rod ?? I want to flog it on Ebay but need to know what it is?  (http://i244.photobucket.com/albums/gg3/takka22/001-2.jpg) (http://s244.photobucket.com/user/takka22/media/001-2.jpg.html)
