Wanted:

I am looking a complete clutch and belt drive pulley (7") For a three speed Sturmey Archer gearbox. Also a hand change leaver and gate. Any help would be much appreciated

Any idea if these parts are as fitted to other machines?

Sturmey Archer were one of the most common gearboxes in the vintage era. They were fitted to many makes. They made a whole range of gearboxes, two speed, three speed, Featherweight, Lightweight, Heavyweight. That said you won't get far without specifying what particular model of Sturmey Archer is fitted to your Raleigh.
I suggest you start off by identifying what box you have and then buying a spare parts list so you know exactly what you're after. The VMCC Library will be able to help.

the gearbox is a  bs type 3 speed, have the samples as photos but beyond repair,

Hmm, 12 quid for 4 pages, or that VMCC suggestion...
The VMCC may be able to point you towards someone too.

You appear to have a gearlever ?
Which parts are damaged ?
There are folks who can weld up cases, or even teeth back on, or shafts straightened, if the need is enough.

i have the parts look better in the pictures than they are ,bike was is a shed with roof leak dripping on these parts, change lever and gate is  only as a aemplate , thanks to ebay got all the clutch parts and the belt drive pulley new old stock,   just need a hand change lever and a clutch chain casing ,

Probably many of the bits you need will be common to a whole range of various motorcycles. For example I suspect they only made a few varieties of belt pulley because belt drive disappeared pretty quickly in the early 1920's. I'd start off showing what I have to owners of belt drive Triumphs. Belt drive Model H's spring to mind. Basically the belt pulley is fabricated from two pressings and a central splined member. I'd be finding out how Triumph owners repair their belt pulleys and see what is adaptable. Can you reuse your central splined member if you can get the two pressed sheave halves?
I think you'll find the same thing with the gate and lever. S/A started off the 1920's with just a few variations on the gear lever and gate. Things were different later in the 20's when they were mounted up beside the tank.
