Identify these bikes! / any ideas ???????

could someone possiably give me an idea of this bike, thoughts were it was from around the 1920 -25 period harley but really have no idea, the raised headlight kind of looks like a few "google"pics of harleys but the front hub. says diff,,,,,,,,,, i am lost ,
