Hi Johann, Guess the best place to start would be here - have a look at the classifieds and place a post in the wanted section.
Also have a look at websites for regional Vintage bike clubs, many have their own for sale section.
Whilst you on these sites check out any big events coming up, if you can take a long weekend break and do a weekend vintage rally you may find something or at least make some good contacts in UK to aid in your search - I know there's a good show on early October in Ipswich - have a look in the events listings  ;)
Best of luck!

I have not replaced my tyres yet, but will let you know what size I have and where to source replacements at the weekend when I get a chance to have a look. I have just got a float and carb rebuild kit from the UK Delorto distributers so they are the guys to go to in your area when you do the engine. Hopefully you can these pics of my little Pulman ...

If you are importing a vehicle of any description over 50 years old call your local HM Customs office and ask for application for a Binding Tariff Agreement (BTI) this way all you will pay is 5 or 6% reduced VAT and no import duties. You will however still be up for admin costs at the UK docks. Hope this helps folks ;)

Had some electrical problems and it seems some of the trouble was coming from the spark plug. As interim solution Jerry (other half) has nicked the plug off my '58 MV however could anyone please tell me the recommended plug for a 1949 C11.

Thanks :-*
