Identify these bikes! / Honda CB350 1973 help please

Hi there,
I have purchased a bike and I think it is a CB350k, I need 2 know if this model had the guage below spedo & tacho that has turn/oil/neutral & beam indicators on it.
I picked up one of these panels from a wreckers but it is too big for the bolts ontop of forks. The guy at wreckers said it was off a 750 and that it would fit a 350?
??
This bike has the 'cafe racer type handle bars, but i don't think that should affect the width of forks, buggered if i know.
Any help would b appreciated.
