British Bikes / Norman color....
« on: July 28, 2012, 06:57:03 PM »
Hi All,
I have a Norman B2 from 1955 and the petrol tank originally came chrome; the chrome is still on it, but the tank has too much rust to rechrome. So I know Norman B2's also came in a red, which is what I am looking to paint it. Can anyone tell me what color that relates to in the modern paints? Is there a particular car color that is the same?

Thanks in advance for your assistance with this..

Hi All,
Can anyone tell me where I would be able to purchase a Motorcycle Dyna Roller to start motorcycles with. I know in the racing world there are a few types, but don't know who sells them here in the UK.  Also if you know some one who has a 2nd hand one, please let me know.

Any help would be appreciated.

thanks,

Autojumble / Re: James 1928 V Twin 500cc parts and help needed
« on: January 11, 2008, 09:48:09 AM »
Hi Dave,
I am in the middle of sourcing out parts for a 1930 James v-twin B2 500cc. I am hopefully getting a petrol tank pattern to make the correct tank; I was able to find the correct girder forks on ebay,  and other smaller parts. I am also in need of an exhaust, but it is a 2-into one; not sure of that is the same as yours. I do have a copy of brochures for your year if you need one sent via email.

I beleive I saw a set of girder forks last week for a James on ebay...email me direct at zjsagurs(at)ibl.bm
