Wondering if any one can help?
Have been riding 1952 M20 and find that it will run and start good until been running nonstop for maybe 50 km then won,t start.
Put in new plug and will start and run again ok.
Then will do the same again and put back old plug and ok again.
Have tried changing mag but still the same.
             Thanks Graeme.

Have problems with ignition and only have very poor spark. Am in NZ but require supplier or repairer that can rebuild or supply new parts and know that they are reputable and reliable as could  send anywhere.

British Bikes / 1953 G9 camshafts
« on: December 15, 2008, 08:06:44 PM »
In the 1980,s i had two camshafts reconditioned for G9 i now find that they are both the same" inlet camshafts" Is there any difference in the camshafts beside the drive for the metering bush? Have a few books but cannot find reference to whether the camshafts are different. Any information would be helpful.
                       Thanks Graeme.
Have found some old camshafts and see that they are different as i thought they would be.

British Bikes / James 225cc
« on: January 06, 2008, 04:19:21 AM »
I have acquired a James 225cc without frame no as a set of jap forks have been grafted to it and no removed in the process unless the number is somewhere else  on the frame. It has a swinging arm with early wheels not full width hubs.
Any information would be appreciated .
       Thanks Graeme.
