I've managed to remove it. The pedal rotated ok on the inner/frame part of the spigot but was tight to point of seizing when moved towards removing. Copious amounts of WD40 and 3 in one appeared to be removing 46 years worth of rust. 2 hours of rotating the pedal no doubt helped but pouring boiling water onto the pedal boss to expand it also helped and after drifting and hammering it finally came off. Now for the power coating! Thanks for the help folks.

I'm unable to attach the pictures. All bolts removed and the pedal rotates on the spigot/shaft with the female thread. I thought the female threaded insert was peened over preventing removal but I've removed the burr and still cant get it off. Thanks for the replies.

Can anyone tell me how to remove the brake pedal from my 1972 T350
