Looks to me to be an Indian of 1916/1920 1000 ccm.
The girl below looks like Tinkerbell.missing her plane
back to Neverland....

Its a Model J Harley Davidson from somewhere between 1916 and 1919 (inclusive).  After this the front mudguard changed.

If you look very carefully there is an HD embossed onto the primary chain cover.

Here's an old photo of a 1918 HD for comparison.
