BSA identity.

Does anyone please know of the BSA model H19 - a 350cc of c 1937. No I do not mean M19 or R19 but an H19! I am struggling! Thanks

Where did you get the H19 designation from? By 1937 BSA were in the B21/26 model ranges.

In 1937 the B series had the prefix HB and the M series had the prefix HM but I have never heard of a H19 could it be HB badly stamped?.

Thank you gentlemen. It most certailnly appears that this H19's identity is questionable. I shall speak with the owner again, asking if he feels that this is a case of mistaken identity either with the (H)M range or indeed the (H)B range.
