I saw this at this years Manx GP on the campsite behind Peel Swimming Pool. Apparently it's an ex police bike from Germany, built in 1932, using a J.A.P. 200cc sidevalve engine (which they used until a certain Austrian painter came on the scene). Interestingly it has an Duralumin frame.
