Logging in
« on: November 07, 2016, 02:40:39 PM »
When I log in, I always tell it to keep me logged in "forever". However, it never seems to remember this and I always have to re-login every visit.

Being a lazy character, I'd rather it remembered who I am (as virtually every other forum I frequent does). Any suggestions?

I also selected the 'forever' option.
I don't have to log in each time.
I find that when I return to the site, the home page shows me as being logged out, however, when I select a forum section it shows me as logged in. I then remain logged in until I close the forum page.

So it does....

And if I then select "home" I'm still logged in, so I can see which forums have new contributions.

Many thanks

And now I've discovered that if I just press the "home" button straight away it recognises me.....

And even further to this, if I book mark it as http://classicmotorcycleforum.com/index.php rather than www.http://classicmotorcycleforum.com/index.php I seem to stay logged in.
