Paul Miller ( Vintage Suzuki ) does not send the parts I have paid for!!!!

Hi!
A little warning to other classic owners!
Paul Miller (Vintage Suzuki)USA is a famous person for those who restore Suzuki classics mc.
But be careful, I have been waiting for three months on parts i've paid for (not bought on Ebay). He does not respond to mails I send. I want my money back if he does not have the items. I have googled him and it seems like this is not the first occasion.
I live in Norway, so too far and visit him >:(.
