CM250 rev counter ratio??

Hi all,
Newbie here, I am doing a mod on an old 83 cm250 & need to try & find out what ration was used on the rev counter. Original clocks were smashed & the new bike design requires a smaller type of clock.
Hoping someone out there knows a bit about this.
