Indian Scout gearbox 1926

this is the early bearing before the taper roller of 1925 - 27

this BB falls apart until it is in position . pic shows BB inline at 14mm , then the centre reversed making it 17mm but both races are offset to each other

Thanks for the info...........if the taper roller is right ,Ill leave it there..........My finances dont run to Indians anymore,Im just sorting out some stuff for next weeks swapmeet.,and thought I might clean out the black sticky oil the gearbox had in it.....Its been in a crash,likely,one lug is broken,and the round face of the gearcase mount has been trimmed flat in one spot for some reason or other.Never the less,its still a complete Scout gearbox,gears in serviceable condition,as they say,and someone will need it.....Again,thanks for the info.
