Suzuki T350J Rebel brake pedal removal

Can anyone tell me how to remove the brake pedal from my 1972 T350

Looks like a bolt through the pedal (29) although a poor image.

Undo bolts 27 and 29 and lift off.

I'm unable to attach the pictures. All bolts removed and the pedal rotates on the spigot/shaft with the female thread. I thought the female threaded insert was peened over preventing removal but I've removed the burr and still cant get it off. Thanks for the replies.
