A good useable loom for a C15 is probably rare to non-existent. Most old looms seem to have been hacked about, cut and spliced, worn through etc. If you can't rewire it yourself (and they don't come easier than a C15) why not save the heartache and just buy a new one?
 Switches are available from Feked etc.
