Title: Prestine T120 frame but no engine
Post by: RocketGPS on January 15, 2006, 08:23:45 PM
I have recently aquired via a relatives will, a Trumph T120, circa 1964-67, so im informed. I have been told by a friend of the person who made the will that the bike was baught new from triumph and that the engine was immidiatly removed for use in another bike, a Norton i belive. i would like to bring this bike back to full working order, but dont have the time to scrabble about or rebuild an engine from period and new parts.
Is there anyone who sells in the UK complete fully restored engines of this type.
Thanks.........

I reckon the only way you can do this is to have one purposfully built, people don't have fully restored engines on a shelf waiting for someone to buy them. If you send me the frame number I can identify the year of manufacture, and we can go from there.
