The enfield is a 250cc 'Crusader' - I dont have any enfield numbers so i cant tell you the specific year unfortunately, but itd be somewhere in the 1955-1960 bracket.
Cant help much with the triumph, although with the iron head and barrels id say speedtwin - probably late 50s. i can give you the frame and engine years if you post the numbers

5T = (500cc) 'Speed Twin' model.
The engine and frame numbers should match, but the engine number seems to be the second production number from the 1958 production year, as that started from 011166 apparently!
The frame appears to be late 1958 production.

it must be said that ive always fancied the 250cc Enfield singles; theyre a fine looking bike and I hope you enjoy yours - although i do beg that you dont take most peoples preferred route and turn it into a Continental GT replica
