Title: A NAME FOR MY SHOP
Post by: vintage_icons on April 26, 2006, 07:29:24 PM
Hi guys I’m Claudio from Italy.
In the next month I would like to open a shop, where I will sell spares and bikes from the 40’ to the late 80’s. Now, I just have to find a name.
The name of this shop should sound a little bit “international” and easy to remember.
I already asked some friend of mine, but till now this the best ideas they gave me are:
Classicparadise
Once upon a time
Dusty Legends
Iron icons
Dusty nail
Myclassic
Motomaniax

Could you please give me  some more ideas for the name of my shop?
Bye
Claudio

Hi Claudio,

just a word of advice..  Make sure the shop name is available as a name for your website.  It would be a shame to choose a name and then find it is not available (assuming of course that you will have a website..!)

Nigel.

you got it right, Nigel, I've seen some of that names are already websites or association names. :o
And then a lot of them ring a little bit like names of book shops or something like this.
Maybe:

Vintage Icons
moto and more
vintage jam
motomash
dusty iron legends

wouldn't be bad, but maybe the word "Iron" smells of Harley Davidson, isn't it?
What do you think about?
Do you have ideas

or maybe something like:

Piston power
bikebiz
Pedal cavalry
bikebargain
Vintage wheels
Retṛ core
pure vintage
re-cycles
moto rehang
renaissance moto
resurrection bikes
Classic bike cavalry

What do you think about?
